VIEW THE SLIDES

There are five core social value themes. Regardless of the themes and outcomes your organisation decides to focus on, consideration should be given to which routes to market offer access to an optimal mix of appropriately profiled suppliers. Some emerging frameworks lean towards social value and sustainability, but in many cases, tendering is more appropriate.

Whatever the route to market selected, social value will need to be assigned a weighting for evaluation purposes, and evaluation questions developed to ascertain how well the supply chain can meet your needs.

This 45-minute webinar, hosted by Paula Jarvis MCIPS, Procurement Consultant, discussed how to appraise the available routes to market through the social value lens, and capture and evaluate your social value requirements on a like for like basis.

Our attendees asked a few questions which we didn’t get to answer on the session – take a look at the Q&A here.
