Kingsdale has worked with eXceeding’s consultants for many years. They first engaged us after recognising that they lacked the necessary in-house experience to run a technology procurement process which had to meet the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders, presented considerable technical complexities, and in some cases, was critical to the operation of the school.
Kingsdale turned to eXceeding to provide highly skilled and experienced procurement consultants to undertake the day-to-day management of the OJEU compliant tenders and, where required, either lead or assist in the delivery of project components.
