eXceeding is growing. As a result, we are seeking an exceptional, strategically focused professional to support the development and delivery of complex sourcing projects across our portfolio of private and public sector clients.
This senior role will report directly to the Managing Director and will support business growth through the provision of procurement subject matter expertise to our sales and marketing teams.
You will be managing procurement processes for eXceeding and our clients, developing efficient models and strategies, contractual arrangements, SLAs and KPIs.
Ideally you will have experience of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, with a good understanding of the current procurement landscape. You will also be effective at client engagement and stakeholder management, and be keen to support the development of business development opportunities, content and collateral.

This is a hybrid working role; ideally you will be commutable to our Northamptonshire office a day or two per week and to client locations as required (but we can be flexible on this).
Salary: up to £80,000
