Lenovo are setting the stage for what’s possible with technology shaped by Augmented Intelligence, capable of enhancing and elevating human capability. They have a proven history of results with $43B in revenue, hundreds of millions of customers, and four devices sold per second.
Lenovo contacted eXceeding, when they were faced with a resourcing issue within their bid team. They needed to engage external bid support immediately, to enable to them to turn around a fully compliant and technically complex bid response within a very short timeframe.
We were able to mobilise an onsite team, with the required IT category expertise, in days – even before Lenovo were able approve eXceeding as a supplier, let alone raise a purchase order!
The eXceeding team worked very closely with Lenovo’s highly technical subject matter experts. The teams agreed work streams, responsibilities and delivery deadlines to enable them to produce a high quality, and compliant, bid response by the submission deadline.

The bid required a high level of technical understanding and there was some concern that they would not find external support with the required category expertise.
